Shipping, Customs & Exchange Rates
Delivery of your new product is carried out with great care at Monton. Orders within UK typically take 7-10 business days to arrive depending on your locations (shipping status will update to 'out for delivery' once your order is in UK domestic post). Please be aware that during busy holiday periods delivery may take longer.
Montonsports.co.uk offers ‘free shipping’ to all orders over GBP £100. A £5 flat rate shipping fee (1st Class Tracked and Signed) is applied to all orders under £100.
The cost of shipping is clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you proceed with payment. UK VAT charges may also be listed as a separate line item in your shopping cart before you proceed with payment.
Montonsports.co.uk ships too many other locations worldwide. The locations we deliver to are viewable in a drop down menu within the the shopping cart before you proceed with payment. If your country is not listed unfortunately we are unable to fulfil your order unless you can provide an alternative delivery address.
Currency Exchange Rates & Customs
You can select from different currencies by selecting the flag in the top right corner of our website. Montonsports.co.uk dispatches orders from the UK. All our prices are based on an exchange rate set against the British Pound. We review exchange rates regularly to ensure you are receiving the the best deal. We do not set currencies against continually changing exchange rates to ensure a fair and consistent customer experience.
Shipments sent outside of the UK might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
PO Boxes: Montonsports.co.uk does not ship to PO boxes.
Our delivery service may require a signature upon delivery, so please have someone at the delivery address to take receipt of your product(s). Don't worry if you're not home when the product(s) are delivered. Our shipping provider will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your package with instructions on how to receive or collect your product. In most cases the shipping provider will leave your new product at the local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
Monton is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Acceptance of Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 90 working days of receiving the good should there be a fault.
